Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is located conveniently near the Metro and Flixbus station, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are adequate but a bit tired, with some noise from the street distracting at times. The service provided, especially by Helen, was exceptional. However, the dining options were limited with high prices for what was offered.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the location was excellent with quick access to the old town via the tram station outside, but on the downside, the rooms were noisy and not as clean as expected.
The hotel rooms were not really clean and looked quite old, except for the temperature being less than average. Additionally, the price was quite expensive compared to other places we have stayed in Germany. On a positive note, the service was efficient and courteous, going beyond just telling me to wait for the insurance. However, the hotel's dining was ok but very expensive for the choice and quantity provided. The location was for me great, near the locations I needed, and the facilities were adequate for my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient with good subway connections, but the rooms had some drawbacks like smelling like a smoker's room and being dark due to the cafe below. The service was hit or miss, with helpful and friendly staff but lacking guidance with navigation in Dusseldorf. The dining options were extensive but at a cost, and the facilities were average.
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The very good breakfast included was a nice touch, and the staff allowed us to check in early as the rooms were free. However, the rooms looked old and worn, and the windows didn't do a great job at soundproofing against street noise.
The hotel's rooms, though bit tired looking and outdated, were clean and suitable for exploring Dusseldorf. The service was friendly, despite a mishap rebooking me into an occupied room, but no major complaints. The location was okay for train access but lacked nearby attractions or nice dining options. The dining experience was overpriced for the quality. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
